Once upon a time, I had a fig dealer and a recipe developer was born — baking as a fruit lover is so special. Turning out desserts by the season will give you a newfound appreciation for recipe development & produce! And perhaps, without meaning to, get you started on practicing intersectional environmentalism. But more on that topic, later.
For now, I hope we can be buds based on one thing: we rarely follow every word in a recipe. If you’re a kindred badass spirit, you probably always have something in your pantry or fridge that could zest up a recipe. That thought bugging you: “What if,” is the gateway drug of baking. Admittedly, I’m hoping that you’ll approach my recipes the same way. Of course, don’t start cutting proofing times and flour ratios. But if your tastebuds are telling you to add something unexpected – go off! You can be the next recipe developer that gives Ina Garten a run for her money!
So this is me, my name is Reggie, the recipe developer and digital creator behind the blog. Bare with me and keep me company.
Let's Work Together
Recipe Developer

I once made an Australian custard sponge cake four times because I wanted the crumb to be perfect. Do you have a baking project that is bothering you? Let me be your recipe developer! Once I get my hands on it, I can help you revamp an old recipe, or create new ones for a menu or blog.
Digital Creator

Making stuff is my happy place – that includes projects I can’t eat. Like this video above sharing my practice on intersectional environmentalism.
Hire me as a digital creator! My many hats include: photographer, videographer, writer and illustrator. Do you need help with a logo or an IGTV? Let me crack my knuckles.
& More

Have an idea about how we can work together that I haven’t mentioned? Call me, beep me, if ya wanna reach me!
